What a chef sees on each crate

Farm lots. Each order names the farm lots it came from, so a restaurant can trace a leaf back to its bed.

Cold window. Pack time and the cold chain are logged, and a late delivery is flagged.

Kitchen sign-off. The kitchen confirms what arrived, and any shortfall is written on the order.

Farmers and chefs ask us

Do farms see restaurant names?

Only the orders they supply. Restaurants see farm names on their own orders.

What if the cold box is late?

The order shows the delay and the kitchen can refuse it on the line.

How are payments made?

We record the order and its confirmation. Payment goes through the buyer's usual bank.
